Approval statuses
A submitted week can route to several approvers at once. Aevon tracks each approver's decision separately and rolls them up into one overall status — so you always know exactly who's blocking.

Per-approver chips
In Approvals → My submissions, each submitted week shows a chip for every approver it routed to:
| Chip | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending (gray) | The approver hasn't acted yet |
| Approved (green) | The approver approved their group |
| Rejected (red) | The approver rejected their group |
Per-approver chips are deliberately more granular than a single lumped-together status: when a week is waiting, you can see precisely which approver still needs to act.
Overall period status
The week as a whole carries one status, derived from its requests:
| Status | When |
|---|---|
| Not submitted | Still in draft — not yet sent |
| Submitted | Sent; no approver has acted yet |
| Partial | At least one approver has acted, but not all have |
| Approved | Every approval request has been approved |
| Rejected | An approver rejected — the week returns to draft |
How multi-approver weeks resolve
Request 1 → Approver A ✅ Approved
Request 2 → Approver B ⏳ Pending ──► Week = PARTIAL
Request 3 → Approver C ✅ Approved
The week becomes Approved only when the last pending request is approved. A single rejection on any request sends the whole week back to Draft (with the rejecter's required comment), regardless of what the other approvers decided.
